Please be aware that as of 9/19/24 there is an issue affecting some of our patients’ ability to access the patient portal.

If you are not able to access the patient portal directly from your computer, download the athenaPatient app via the App Store or Google Play.

The patient portal is a great way to stay connected to your care team.

The patient portal is the right place for:

  • Prescription refills
  • Lab results
  • Non-urgent clinical questions regarding symptoms
  • Simple clinical questions

If you can see your message in your patient portal, it has been received by your clinical team. Your clinical team will respond within 72 hours, but very often they will reply before the 72-hour mark. If you have more questions, check out our Tryon Patient Portal FAQs.

If you have already submitted a message through the portal, calling about the same issue will not result in a faster response. Remember to always call 911 in the event of an emergency!

A note about lab results:

Please note, that your lab test result will be sent to your patient portal as soon as it becomes available. Your clinician may not have reviewed these results yet. For non-urgent results, please allow up to 10 business days for your clinician to review your results and provide you with further recommendations, before contacting our office with questions.
