It’s not just a tagline, it’s the commitment we make to our patients every day.
Strong relationships are built on honesty. Our patients open their lives to us so we can help them achieve optimal health, and we honor that trust with care, compassion, and truth.
Tryon Medical Partners believes that transparency should extend to our billing and nondiscrimination practices, to ensure our patients understand their rights, so they can make the best decisions for them.

Patient and Visitor Code of Conduct
Tryon follows a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior directed by patients against our physicians and team partners. As such, we reserve the right to take any actions necessary to protect our physicians and team partners, including dismissal from the practice and legal action.
Patient No-Show Policy
We value our patients and your time and want to make sure all patients have access to our talented clinicians. This policy has been implemented to help promote efficiency in our clinics and to make sure our patients can see their clinicians as close to their appointment time as possible.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of healthcare coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage, an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
Your health is a personal decision. If for any reason you want to limit your annual physical exam to a preventive care visit ONLY, please let your doctor know BEFORE the start of the examination. While insurance typically covers the preventive portion of your physical, your insurance plan usually does not cover the problem-focused/diagnostic portion of your annual exam.
Tryon is committed to providing every patient with the best care in the most economical way possible. We have itemized our financial policy to help you understand what is required of patients who are insured, and what to know if you are uninsured or insured by a carrier with whom Tryon does not participate. Get information about other items that are subject to fees, like medical records and returned checks.
Tryon Medical Partners complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. Tryon Medical Partners does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. Tryon Medical Partners provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, as well as free language services to people whose primary language is not English.
