If you have medical records at Mecklenburg Medical Group/Atrium Health, your doctor now has secure electronic access to view these records, after you register with us at Tryon Medical Partners (TMP).
So please note — there is no need for you to request a faxed or digital copy to be sent to TMP.
If you are not an Atrium patient, we also have secure electronic access to Novant Health records and other surrounding medical facilities such as the VA for the past year.
These electronic connections are better because they are easier, more secure, and save time, effort, and paper for all of us!
