Dr. Copsis Says:
“I am a Charlotte native and a proud graduate of West Charlotte High School. I grew up in the restaurant business with my father and uncles running the South 21 Drive-In Restaurants. My favorite activity is spending time with my wife and three children. I enjoy reading and watching Duke Basketball games in my spare time. For the past three summers, I have been privileged to serve as a camp doctor for St Stephen’s Greek Orthodox youth camp in Salem, South Carolina.
