We are always looking for ways to help our patients make the most of the time we spend with them. Downloading the data from your insulin pump or continuous glucose monitor (CGM) before your next visit to Tryon Medical Partners will give us more time to review those results and discuss your treatment.

Review the list below and use the linked instructions for the device you use. If you do not see your device listed, then bring your blood sugar meter, CGM and/or pump to the next office visit.
