We are pleased to introduce Tryon Virtual Connect. Now you have access to Tryon Medical physicians and advanced care providers – online, in real time.
All you need is a camera-enabled computer, tablet or smart phone, and you can connect with us face-to-face to discuss minor conditions or medical issues outside of the office setting.
Tryon Virtual Connect (TVC) is available for “walk-in” virtual visits (same day; no appointment needed), and “scheduled” virtual visits (appointments made in advance with a specific physician or advanced care provider).
This is a convenient alternative to an in-office visit for patients who are in overall good health, without complicating factors, but who are experiencing a variety of common, minor conditions.
Anyone who is currently registered as a patient of Tryon Medical Partners is welcome to schedule a visit through TVC. Please note, you must have been seen in the office by your physician within the last 12 months, and you must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of your virtual visit.
If you have not already registered as a patient, you can do it now on our Patient Portal.
Our nurses will assist you in scheduling your visit: call us at 704-495-6334.
A Tryon Virtual Connect visit with a general internist (MD or DO) is normally $79, and a virtual visit with an advanced care provider (physician assistant or nurse practitioner) is $49. As Tryon Medical Partners is opening its new offices this fall, ALL TVC visits will be $49, regardless of whether you see an internal medicine physician or an advanced care provider.
To determine if these services are covered by your insurance plan, please contact your insurance provider.
