Business NC’s editor Dave Mildenberg interviewed Tryon Medical Partners’ CEO Dr. Dale Owen on the January 12, 2022, edition of “The Weekly Roundup.” Dr. Owen talks about the founding of the practice, its award-winning response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the organization’s steady growth.
When asked “What do you credit your ability to keep going and grow so effectively?” Dr. Owen said:
“It has been the culture of this group all along. We’ve stood together, linked arm-in-arm, we listen to one another and we make decisions without ten committees and coming back with an, ‘I don’t know.’”
On COVID, Dr. Owen said:
“When we took the Hippocratic Oath, we accepted these types of potential problems we would have to face. Who else is going to do it? We have each other… we have to rise to the occasion together. The Hippocratic Oath is about taking care of others first.”
