Jennifer Says:
“What I love about being in medicine is it is a way to serving others and building relationships in a very unique way. Building a relationship and trust with a patient is vital to care for the often sensitive issues they are seeking advice and/or treatment for. Women are not “one size fits all,” and treating their physical complaints often means hearing and seeing them as a whole person.
Working together as a team is key to helping them figure out what makes them feel their best, between lifestyle choices and adding in medical intervention as needed. Helping women understand their bodies empowers them to take ownership of their health and how they feel. My hope is to help improve the quality of life in women I care for, and let them know that we are capable of feeling and living well as we age.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my two kids, either watching them at their sporting events or driving them around. My other hobbies are running, strength training and coaching middle school cheerleading.”
