New Safety Requirements for Office Visits

If you have a virtual visit or office visit scheduled, thank you for prioritizing your health! Avoiding medical care can compromise your overall health, putting you at greater risk should you contract COVID-19.

All Tryon Medical Partners offices are open to care for you. In the past few weeks, we have increased sanitizing measures in our offices, and have asked our healthcare workers to wear face masks for your safety. We are now asking patients to return the favor.

The requests below are based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Patients and guests are asked to bring a face mask or cloth face covering to wear when coming into the office.

In line with increased screening precautions, we will take your temperature regardless of the reason for your visit.

Please practice social distancing. Stand six feet away from others and avoid unnecessary personal contact.

If you need someone to accompany you to your appointment, limit your guests to one additional person.

Be mindful that even if you feel fine, you could be carrying a virus! Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our staff healthy, so we can continue to keep you well.

Remember you can book an office visit online.
