“I have been in private practice for over 35 years and truly love outpatient internal medicine. It is a tremendous joy to care for my patients, so many of whom I consider family. I am fortunate to work alongside four outstanding physician assistants who have been with me for many years, and we function as a close, collaborative team.

I have been happily married for over 40 years. My wife and I are blessed with three wonderful daughters, the world’s best sons-in-law, and four incredible grandchildren. To me, family is everything—and always will be.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling and have visited more than 110 countries. I love the outdoors and have spent many years hiking, backpacking, skiing, motorcycling, and scuba diving. I am also an avid cyclist, and you may see me riding along one of the Charlotte greenways.”
