Will my clinician change?
No. You’ll continue seeing the same trusted clinicians from Dr. Berman’s practice.
Do I need to move my records?
No. All records will transfer securely to Tryon Medical Partners.
What if I need medication refills?
Contact your pharmacy or Dr. Berman’s office for refill requests. Starting in January, all refill requests will route to Dr. Berman’s team at Tryon.
Will my insurance still be accepted?
Yes. Tryon accepts most major insurance plans.
What if I already have an appointment?
Most appointments will remain as scheduled – after January 1st, you will just come to our Pineville office. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, a representative from Tryon or Dr. Berman’s practice will contact you.
Where do I park?
There is a large parking lot at our Tryon Pineville location, and you should have no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance.
