“I chose a career in medicine because it has always felt like a natural fit. Growing up with parents who were healthcare providers themselves, I was exposed early on to the impact that thoughtful, compassionate care can have on people’s lives. I always knew I wanted to follow a similar path, and internal medicine stood out to me because of its variety and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with my patients.

I believe that your health is a team effort and trust is the foundation of good care, and I strive to make every patient feel heard, understood, and involved in their treatment decisions. My approach is collaborative and focused not only on treating illness, but also on prevention and education, so patients feel confident managing their health.

I joined Tryon Medical Partners after experience with the practice as a float RN. When I graduated with my Nurse Practitioner degree, I knew I didn’t want to go anywhere else. The clinicians, staff, management, and most of all, the patients at Tryon are simply the best. 

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, sailing, and hiking. And when I’m less ambitious, porch-sitting.”
